Hamilton sample gunWith high precision, high comfort, and multifunctionality as the core, covering a full range of manual, electric, single channel, multi-channel, etc., it meets the needs from basic experiments to high-throughput detection.
Hamilton's sample gunTechnical details and operational specifications:
Range adjustment and calibration
Rotate the adjustment knob counterclockwise to reduce volume, and clockwise to first exceed the range and then return to the set value, ensuring the highest accuracy.
Avoid exceeding the range: prevent internal mechanical devices from getting stuck or damaged.
Regular calibration: It is recommended to calibrate once a month and verify accuracy using distilled water or standard solution.
Installation and use of gun head
Insert the gun head vertically: Rotate it slightly left and right to ensure a tight fit, and do not strike it (which may damage the spring or scale knob).
Wetting suction head: When sucking viscous or liquid with a density different from water, first suck and release the liquid several times to wet the suction head.
Positive aspiration method:
Liquid suction: Press the button to the first gear, slowly release it, and hold for 1-2 seconds (extend the holding time for viscous liquids).
Drain: First, press to the first gear to drain most of the liquid, then press to the second gear to drain any remaining liquid.
Reverse liquid aspiration method (applicable to high viscosity liquids, volatile liquids, or trace liquids):
Liquid absorption: Press the button directly to the second gear and release it, and absorb more liquid to compensate for surface adsorption.
Discharge: Press to the first gear to discharge the set amount of liquid, and discard any remaining liquid with the gun head.
