In the past decade,With the deep penetration of liquid nitrogen technology in fields such as aerospace, biomedicine, and automated manufacturing, the precision of sample storage and process control in ultra-low temperature environments has become a core demand in the industry. However, traditional monitoring methods have long faced the following bottlenecks: conventional mass flow meters only support the temperature range of -40 ℃ to+80 ℃ and cannot meet the stable operation requirements at the boiling point of liquid nitrogen (-196 ℃); Some flow meters are exposed to such special environments for a long time, and due to the severe temperature difference inside and outside the storage tank, it is easy to cause a significant decrease in measurement accuracy or data drift, resulting in flow meter failure, inaccurate measurement, production interruption, and significant losses.


Solution

This independently developed and produced mass flowmeter adopts the Coriolis principle, which can directly measure mass flow without being affected by other characteristics of the fluid. With the increasing demand for ultra-low temperature medium flow measurement and control, we have optimized and expanded the performance of the ACU20FEH-LM Coriolis mass flowmeter.
