However, traditional monitoring methods have long faced the following bottlenecks: conventional mass flow meters only support the temperature range of -40 ℃ to+80 ℃ and cannot meet the stable operation requirements at the boiling point of liquid nitrogen (-196 ℃); Some flow meters are exposed to such special environments for a long time, and due to the severe temperature difference inside and outside the storage tank, it is easy to cause a significant decrease in measurement accuracy or data drift, resulting in flow meter failure, inaccurate measurement, production interruption, and significant losses.
