This pressure controller integrates two solenoid valves. The intake valve introduces the process gas into the chamber to maintain the pressure in the enclosed space. When the pressure is too high, the pressure relief valve opens on its own to release the pressure, quickly and accurately controlling the stability of the pressure while avoiding gas waste.

Equipped with a pressure sensor and digital circuit board as standard, this PC digital board provides high-precision, fast, stable, and reliable pressure control. It has all the functions required to control pressure. In addition to being equipped with standard RS485 output signals, ACU20PCD also provides analog input/output signals, which can be precisely controlled throughout the entire process by adjusting the set values. At the same time, the touch screen makes operation more convenient.

This pressure controller uses a proportional electromagnetic control valve, which has the characteristics of ultra fast and smooth control.
