Our company's controller for small liquid flow adopts the Coriolis principle, combined with an electromagnetic proportional valve and built-in PID automatic adjustment, to achieve the function of automatic flow control.
It contains a uniquely shaped single loop sensor inside, which forms part of the oscillation system. When fluid flows through the sensor circuit, the Coriolis force causes a variable phase shift, which is detected by the sensor and transmitted to the DSP processor on the integrated circuit board for computation. The output signal generated by this variable phase shift is strictly proportional to the actual mass flow rate; Even under changes in working conditions such as pressure, temperature, density, conductivity, and viscosity, unparalleled ultra-high performance can be achieved. It can simultaneously measure mass flow rate, fluid density, and temperature and output them.
