Antibiotic pesticide residue detectorThe principle of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), also known as enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, can be used to detect various items such as hormone residues and shellfish toxin residues on site. It can also quantitatively and quickly detect residues of sulfonamides, cephalosporins, amides, nitrofurans, norfloxacin, malachite green and other antibiotics. Used by meat product deep processing enterprises and inspection and quarantine units. (1) Testing standards: National food safety standards (2) Supporting reagent kits: Quinolones, Tetracyclines, Nitrofurans, etc. (3) Supporting professional pre-treatment equipment: pipettes, centrifuges, incubators, and consumables.
Preparation before testing:
Instrument inspection:
Confirm that the power supply, colorimetric cell, card slot, and other components are intact, and preheat for 30 minutes after starting up.
Log in to the system and update the sample name library.
Sample processing:
Take 2g of sample (such as meat) and add it to a centrifuge tube. Add 3mL of diluent and mix well. Let it stand for 1 minute to obtain the test solution.
Adjust the dilution ratio according to the sample type (such as tomato recommendation 1:4).
Testing steps:
Reagents and detection cards:
Select the colloidal gold detection card corresponding to the antibiotic (such as carbendazim, sulfonamide).
Add 4 drops of the test liquid to the detection port and insert it into the instrument card slot.
Parameter settings:
Enter the sample name and select the testing item (such as veterinary drug residue module).
The multi-channel device can synchronously detect 24 samples and automatically determine their qualification.
Result processing:
Data output:
After the detection is completed, a report will be automatically generated, supporting A4 printing or receipt output, including a traceability QR code.
Record the test results and sign for confirmation, clean the colorimetric cell and instrument surface.
