Calibration cycle basis:
Household detector:
It is recommended to perform calibration every 3 months, and for high humidity/high pollution environments, it should be shortened to monthly calibration.
Preheat in a ventilated environment for 2 hours before use, and verify accuracy with standard gas every month.
Professional testing equipment:
CMA certified equipment requires monthly calibration, and the lifespan of electrochemical sensors is usually 2-3 years.
Semiconductor sensors are recommended for calibration every 2 years and mandatory replacement every 3 years.
Abnormal environment:
The detector needs to be calibrated immediately after being exposed to oil fumes/dust.
After a sudden change in temperature and humidity (such as during the rainy season), the data should be revalidated.
Data exception:
Calibration is required if the reading does not match the sensory experience (such as being tasteless but displaying excessive levels).
Calibration and re inspection must be carried out 7-15 days after the governance project.
