Key points for safe operation:
Preprocessing: Check for filter blockage before sampling (replace if pressure difference>5kPa);
Medium switching: In high-temperature environments (>85 ℃), thermal oil must be used for explosion-proof boiling;
Maintenance cycle: Clean the circulation pipeline monthly and calibrate the flow sensor quarterly.
Daily maintenance cycle:
Daily: Clean the water accumulation in the waterproof groove of the air intake and check the bending of the hose;
Monthly: Replace the filter element and immerse the filter membrane holder in alcohol for disinfection;
Quarterly: Calibrate flow sensors and check battery capacity.
