Single wavelength X-ray fluorescence chlorine analyzerIt is a specialized equipment based on X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) technology, focusing on the detection of characteristic spectral lines of chlorine elements. Its core advantages are fast, non-destructive, and accurate, and it is widely used in chlorine content control scenarios such as petroleum, chemical, and environmental industries. Its working principle revolves around the three steps of "excitation fluorescence generation detection". Compared with the wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence analyzer for multi-element analysis, it achieves efficient detection of chlorine element through directional optimization.
When the equipment is working, the primary X-rays emitted by the X-ray tube penetrate the sample, excite the inner layer electrons of chlorine atoms to transition, and release fluorescent X-rays of a specific wavelength (chlorine characteristic spectral line wavelength is about 2.82 Å) when the outer layer electrons fill the vacancies. After monochromatization and crystal dispersion, only the characteristic spectral lines of chlorine are allowed to reach the detector, avoiding interference from other elements. The detector converts the optical signal into an electrical signal, which is amplified and counted by the signal processing module, and then converted to chlorine content through a preset calibration curve. The entire process only takes 30-60 seconds.
In the application scenario, the petroleum industry is the core field, used to detect the chlorine content in crude oil, gasoline, diesel, etc. (detection range 0.5ppm-1%), to avoid problems such as chlorine corrosion of refining equipment and catalyst poisoning. Used in the chemical industry for quality control of products such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and chlorine containing solvents, ensuring that the chlorine content meets production standards. In environmental monitoring, chlorine pollution in soil, wastewater, and solid waste can be quickly screened, providing data support for pollution control.
This device has a single wavelength targeted detection design and strong anti-interference ability, especially suitable for chlorine content analysis of complex matrix samples. At the same time, without the need for complex sample pretreatment, both solid and liquid samples can be directly detected, greatly improving detection efficiency and becoming a key equipment for rapid control of chlorine content.
