1、 Preparation before operation

1.Environmental inspection: Ensure that the ambient temperature is at room temperature~40Between ℃, relative humidity ≤75%Background illumination ≤20Lux.

2.Power and gas source connection:

-Connect the liquefied petroleum gas source (using industrial methane gas for arbitration).

3.Power on preheating: Start the device, touch screen andPLCControl system self-test ready.

4.Sample preparation: Prepare samples according to standard requirements, with dimensions in1-300mmbetween.

2、 Operation steps

1.Select testing mode:

-Select the "Horizontal Burning" or "Vertical Burning" test program on the touch screen.

-Choose combustion angle（0°20°45° Optional).

2.Parameter settings:

-Set the flame application time（0～999.9Seconds).

-Set flame height（10～200mmAdjustable).

-Set whether to automatically ignite.

-Set whether the natural light will automatically turn off the gas after being returned.

3.Installation sample:

-The sample clamp can be used to fix the sample, and the sample clamp can be controlled to move forward, backward, and up and down through the touch screen.

4.Start testing:

-Click the "Start" button on the touch screen, and the system will automatically ignite (if set to automatic ignition).

-The burner automatically moves to the sample position and starts to ignite, and the system automatically counts.

5.Observation and recording:

-The system automatically records the residual flame time and residual burning time.

-Automatically calculate linear combustion rate（V）And display it on the touch screen.

6.End the flame application:

-After the flame application time reaches the set value, the burner will automatically retract.

-You can choose whether to automatically turn off the gas.

7.Smoke exhaust:

-After the experiment is completed, the top exhaust device will automatically start and exhaust the smoke.

3、 End of experiment and data processing

1.Data saving:

-The test results are automatically saved to the touch screen and support subsequent queries.

2.Cleaning equipment:

-Clean the drip tray and combustion chamber.

-Close the gas valve and power supply.

3.Result output:

-Historical test data, including combustion time, combustion rate, etc., can be viewed through the touch screen.

4、 Precautions

-Do not touch the combustion area during the experiment.

-The gas source pipeline should be regularly inspected to prevent leakage.

-The equipment should be well grounded to avoid electrostatic interference.

-After the experiment, ensure that the gas is turned off and the exhaust system runs for a period of time before turning off the equipment.
