1、 Working principle
AC/DC programmable voltage withstand insulation tester is a programmable testing instrument that integrates voltage withstand testing and insulation resistance testing. It is suitable for electrical safety performance testing of electronic components, electrical equipment, sensors, cables and other products.
1. Principle of voltage withstand test
Apply a high voltage (maximum) to the object under test at the set DC or AC voltage10kV)By detecting whether the leakage current flowing through the tested object exceeds the preset upper limit, the insulation strength is judged to be qualified.
If the leakage current exceeds the set value, it is judged as poor withstand voltage, and there may be insulation breakdown or leakage risk.
2. Principle of Insulation Resistance Testing
At the set DC voltage (such as500V)Apply a stable voltage and measure the insulation resistance value at both ends of the tested object.
If the measured resistance value is lower than the set lower limit (such as10MΩ), it is judged as poor insulation, indicating that there are defects or moisture issues in the insulation material.

2、 Operation steps (taking testing a sensor as an example)
step1: Wiring
1. Connect the high-voltage output terminal to a metal test point of the sensor.
2. Connect the loop end to another metal testing point of the sensor.
3. Ensure reliable grounding of the grounding terminal.
step2: Enter the settings interface
