Parallel reactor is a precision experimental equipment that achieves synchronous operation of multiple reactors through modular design. It is mainly used in chemical research fields such as catalyst screening, hydrogenation reactions, and high-pressure synthesis.
Structure and Principle
Structural composition: mainly composed of multiple reaction vessels, stirring devices, heating or cooling systems, temperature and pressure control systems, etc. Each reactor has independent inlet, outlet, temperature measurement port, etc., which can be configured according to experimental needs.
Working principle: Place the reaction solvent in the inner layer for stirring reaction, and the interlayer can be filled with cold and heat sources such as freezing liquid, hot water, or hot oil to circulate and heat or cool the materials in the reaction kettle, achieving constant temperature control. Meanwhile, the reaction can be carried out under normal or negative pressure conditions, and the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution can be controlled.
Features
Multi station parallel design: usually has multiple reactor stations, such as 4 stations, 6 stations, etc., which can simultaneously carry out multiple identical or different chemical reactions, facilitating variable analysis and condition screening, and improving experimental efficiency.
Independent control: Each workstation can independently control parameters such as temperature, pressure, stirring speed, etc. Users can customize and choose reaction conditions according to their experimental needs.
Data collection and recording: Using PLC+touch screen or computer control, real-time temperature, pressure, speed and other data can be collected, and historical trend curves can be formed. The data can be stored and exported for easy analysis and processing of experimental data.
High safety performance: equipped with over temperature and over pressure alarm interlock function. When the temperature or pressure exceeds the set upper limit, the system will automatically alarm and take corresponding protective measures to ensure the safety of the experiment.
Strong scalability: Users can choose functions such as centralized intake and exhaust, process sampling, built-in cooling coils, isobaric feeding, condensation reflux recovery, etc. according to their needs, to meet the needs of different experiments.
