The LCD screen magnetic stirrer is based on the principle of magnetic field drive, and is driven by a motor to rotate the built-in magnetic steel, generating an alternating magnetic field. The stirrer placed in the container (usually a micro cylinder wrapped in soft magnetic material) rotates synchronously under the action of a magnetic field, using the viscous force of the liquid to drive the solution to mix. Some models are equipped with heating plates that achieve uniform temperature control through bottom heat conduction, and are paired with PID temperature control systems to accurately regulate temperature.
Working principle: Based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, the motor drives the internal magnet to rotate and generate a rotating magnetic field. When the stirrer is placed in the magnetic field, due to the interaction of magnetism, the stirrer will rotate with the magnetic field, thus achieving the stirring of the solution. At the same time, the temperature sensor monitors the temperature during the mixing process in real time, and the controller automatically adjusts according to the set temperature to ensure a constant experimental temperature.

Safety and Maintenance
Do not idle, starting when there is no liquid will cause the agitator to wear out or the magnet to demagnetize.
Clean the mixer promptly after use to avoid sample crystallization blockage; Wipe the surface of the instrument with a soft cloth to prevent liquid from seeping into the control panel.
Long term non use requires unplugging the power supply, and regular checks should be conducted on the gap between magnets (normally ≤ 3mm).
