How to maintain and upkeep an automatic high-pressure steam sterilizer
Date: 2025-09-19Read: 0
sterilizerThe series of products is a rapid and reliable disinfection and sterilization equipment that uses pressure saturated steam to sterilize products. It is suitable for medical and health care, scientific research, agriculture and other units to disinfect and sterilize medical equipment, dressings, glassware, solution culture media, etc. It is an ideal equipment.
Sterilization principle: By applying pressure to raise the boiling point of water to above 100 ℃ (usually 121 ℃, pressure 0.1MPa), microorganisms are killed by high-temperature steam within 15-30 minutes. Core components: including sealed barrel body, pressure gauge, safety valve, electric lock system and intelligent control module, equipped with safety mechanisms such as overpressure protection and low water level alarm.
5 sterilization modes, each mode can set up to 10 program storage calls.
1. Solid mode: Heating → Sterilization → Cooling, Exhaust
2. Liquid mode: Heating → Sterilization → Cooling → Exhaust
3. Liquid with insulation mode: heating → sterilization → cooling → exhaust → insulation
4. Agar mode: heating → melting → insulation
5. Solid belt drying mode: heating → sterilization → cooling, steam exhaust → drainage → drying (optional)
Maintenance Guide:
Daily cleaning and inspection:
Internal cleaning: After each use, residues should be removed to prevent the accumulation of scale or impurities from affecting heating efficiency.
Sealing ring inspection: Regularly check whether the sealing ring is aging or deformed to ensure good sealing and avoid steam leakage.
Instrument calibration: Calibrate pressure and temperature gauges to ensure accurate readings (recommended every six months).
Water quality and component maintenance:
Water quality management: Use distilled or deionized water to reduce scale and corrosion risks.
Safety valves and pipelines: Regularly check the function of safety valves, clean steam and drainage pipes to prevent blockages or leaks.
Lubricate moving parts: Apply high-temperature grease to components such as door shafts to reduce wear.
