The TX-THS series cold and hot temperature impact test chamber accurately simulates the ambient temperature. The impact chamber structure consists of three boxes: a high temperature zone, a low temperature zone, and a sample zone. The sample zone is located in the middle of the high temperature zone and the low temperature zone, with an airflow valve between them. When the sample needs to undergo a high temperature test, the valve in the high temperature zone is opened and the valve in the low temperature zone is closed. When the sample undergoes a low temperature test, the valve in the low temperature zone is opened and the valve in the high temperature zone is closed, and the sample is in a stationary state. The rapid change in temperature is tested by the change in airflow. The temperature in the high and low temperature zones, as well as the opening and closing coordination of valves, are set according to standards to achieve rapid switching of samples in high and low temperature environments, in order to verify the reliability of products under high and low temperature impacts. The high and low temperature impact test chamber is the fundamental instrument for controlling the reliability of weather resistance. This series of high and low temperature impact test chambers distinguishes models based on temperature control range and size. The temperature range of this series of test chambers can be selected from -55-200 ℃.
