The main body of the plate filter is composed of a shell, filter screen, lifting mechanism, automatic slag discharge device, etc. It can also customize a complete filtration system (including filter host and mixing cylinder, conveying pump, pipeline, valve, electrical control, etc.) according to the different filtration media. The filter screen is composed of multiple layers of stainless steel mesh and is installed on the central aggregate pipe, making installation, disassembly, and cleaning very convenient.
After the filter aid is mixed with the material in the mixing cylinder, it is circulated by the conveying pump to form a stable filter cake layer on the filter screen, that is, the filter aid is pre coated. After pre coating, filtration begins. Fine filter aid particles can provide countless fine channels to trap suspended debris, allowing only clear liquids to pass through. During the filtration process, a new filter layer is formed by continuously adding filter aids such as diatomaceous earth, so that the filter cake will not be blocked. In this way, the material is substantially filtered through the filter cake layer, removing impurities, flowing into the inner cavity of the filter blade, and then flowing out of the clear liquid through the outlet pipe. If decolorization is required during filtration, a certain proportion of activated carbon needs to be added. If used for solid-liquid separation of dirty liquids such as machine pressed crude oil, there is no need to add filter aids.
It is widely used in oil industry (such as filtration of machine pressed crude oil, filtration of colloidal oil, filtration of hydrogenated oil, filtration of winterized oil, etc.), food industry (such as activated carbon decolorization filtration of sugar liquor such as granulated sugar and glucose, clarification filtration of liquor, fruit juice, cool drinks, etc.), chemical industry (such as crystallization separation in various processes of petrochemical industry, inorganic chemical industry, organic chemical industry, filtration separation of various catalysts, decolorization filtration of chemical products, etc.), environmental protection industry (such as water intake in rivers, lakes, insurance purification filtration of supernatant in sewage treatment stations, purification filtration of recycled water in swimming pools, etc.).
