Rapid MAX N exceed is designed based on the Dumas method and utilizes the highly successful EAS REGAINER^®A nitrogen/protein analyzer for technology that can also be used for larger sample weights. This instrument is designed for all-weather unmanned operation and is suitable for high-throughput laboratories with various sample types and weights.

Save valuable time during the sample preparation process. The unique combustion post-treatment technology ensures the complete digestion of challenging substances that are usually difficult to burn. Therefore, grinding or milling is usually omitted without affecting reliable data quality.

Maximum sample flux

Rapid MAX N exceed provides very fast nitrogen/protein determination within 5 minutes. Combined with a 90 bit automatic sampler, 300 samples can be measured daily. With proprietary EAS REGAINER^®Technology can now run over 1000 samples without the need to exchange reducing agents. Therefore, customers can enjoy excellent low maintenance interventions and achieve industry-leading system uptime.

Sample flexibility

The vertical crucible design ensures that any liquid sample (such as milk, beer, soft drinks, juice, soy sauce, etc.) is fully burned. By combining unique combustion post-processing techniques, we achieve highly reliable data quality that is not affected by the substrate. The determination of 1 gram of solid sample achieves superior accuracy and precision.

Power Mode
For high sample weights, the strong mode can be used with a maximum adsorption capacity of 500 milligrams of carbon for the blowdown and capture chromatography column.

Quick Mode
To speed up the analysis time, the fast mode can be used, which has a maximum adsorption capacity of 100 milligrams of carbon for the blowdown and capture chromatography column.

High temperature combustion, 100% recovery and detection of released nitrogen. For nitrogen/protein, perform Dumas analysis according to AAOAC, DIN/ISO, EN, and relevant standards.
