1. The maximum working pressure of the pump system is 1.6 MPa, which means that the pump suction pressure+pump head is less than or equal to 1.6 MPa, and the pump static pressure is 2.5 MPa
2. Applicable medium: Solid insoluble substance content not exceeding 0.1% of unit volume
3. The ambient temperature should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius and the relative humidity should not exceed 95%
Installation method:
1. Before installation, carefully check whether there are any hard objects in the flow channel to avoid damaging the impeller and pump body during operation.
2. During installation, the weight of the pipeline should not be added to the pump to avoid deformation. Affects normal operation.
3. Tighten the anchor bolts to avoid the impact of vibration on pump performance during start-up.
4. Install regulating valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and install pressure gauges near the pump outlet to control the pump's operation within rated conditions and ensure its normal use.
5. How to install the check valve in the discharge pipeline? It should be installed outside the gate valve.
