Overview

The IRG hot water circulation pump is suitable for high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation and transportation in metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking, as well as boilers, bathrooms, hotels and other places, and for urban housing heating circulation pumps. The operating temperature is below 105 ℃.

1、 Working conditions of IRG hot water circulation pump:
1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.6MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the pump suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.
2. Environmental temperature<40 ℃, relative humidity<95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used is with small particles, please indicate it when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
2、 Product features of IRG hot water circulation pump:

Drip proof: Hard alloy seals made of different materials ensure that there is no leakage during the transportation of different media.

3、 Product features of pipeline hot water pump:
① The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
② The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with short axial dimensions and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, ensuring smooth pump operation and low vibration noise.
③ The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy quality wear-resistant seals, which can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seals.
④ Installing and repairing instant noodles does not require dismantling the piping system. Simply remove the pump coupling nut to extract all rotor components.
⑤ Pumps can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head.
⑥ Vertical and horizontal installation of pumps can be adopted according to the requirements of pipeline layout.
4、 Scope of use of pipeline hot water pump:
1. IRG vertical centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical properties similar to clean water, with a medium temperature not exceeding 80 ℃. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance water supply, heating, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching.
2. IRG vertical hot water circulation pump is suitable for energy, metallurgy, wood processing, chemical, textile, papermaking, as well as boiler hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban heating system circulation pumps in restaurants, bathrooms, hotels, etc. The medium temperature used does not exceed 120 ℃.
3. IHG vertical chemical pump is suitable for transporting chemical corrosive liquids in industries such as textile, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, health, food, and oil refining, with a medium temperature of -20 ℃ to+120 ℃.
4. YG vertical pipeline oil pump is used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, etc. The temperature of the transported medium is -20 ℃ to+120 ℃.
5、 Working principle of IRG type
Before starting, the pump casing should be filled with liquid. When the prime mover drives the pump shaft and impeller to rotate, the liquid moves in a circular motion with the impeller rotation and is ejected from the center of the impeller to the outer circumference under centrifugal force. The liquid obtains pressure energy and velocity energy from the impeller. When the liquid flows through the volute to the discharge port, some of the velocity energy will be converted into static pressure energy. When the liquid is thrown out by the impeller, a low-pressure area is created in the center of the impeller, which attracts the liquid. The pressure on the surface forms a pressure difference, so the liquid is continuously sucked in and discharged at a certain pressure.
6、 IRG type application
The IRG type is suitable for high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation and transportation in metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking, as well as in hotels, bathrooms, and guesthouses. It is also used as a pump for urban housing heating circulation, with an ambient temperature of<40 ℃ -240 ℃ and a relative humidity of<40%.
