Daily usage precautions

1. The equipment should be placed on a ventilated, dry, and flat experimental platform, away from water sources, fire sources, and strong magnetic fields. The power connection should meet the requirements of AV220V/50Hz and be equipped with grounding protection to prevent leakage accidents.

2. Before digestion, it is necessary to check the sealing and integrity of the digestion tank. If there are scratches or damages in the TFM inner tank, it should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid liquid leakage during the digestion process; The PEEK outer can needs to be kept clean and free from cracks, deformations, and other issues.

3. The amount of sample and digestion reagent added must be strictly controlled, not exceeding one-third of the volume of the digestion inner tank, to prevent safety accidents caused by excessive pressure during the digestion process.

During the operation of the equipment, experimenters are not allowed to open the furnace door at will. If an alarm signal appears, the equipment must be stopped immediately, the fault must be investigated and resolved before continuing to use.
