XXL-ST-01 microreactor

The characteristics of XXL reactor ST-01 are its compact structural design and robustness. It consists of three layers: temperature control layer - mixing layer - temperature control layer. Three reagents (A1, A2, A3) that have not been temperature controlled have an ST type reaction with an internal pathway length of 3m and temperature control

XXL-ST-02

The XXL reactor ST-02 is designed as a retention zone for temperature control. In order to eliminate the possibility of dissolution of heterogeneous mixtures, ST type mixing elements are configured in the mixing pathway. It includes a temperature control layer, a delay layer, and a temperature control layer.

XXL-ST-03

This temperature controllablemicroreactorThe reagent can be heated or cooled to the reaction temperature before being mixed into a single component. The hybrid layer is composed of ST type hybrid components. The total length of the mixed pathway is 2000 mm (with an internal volume of 3ml). This makes the reactor particularly suitable for heterogeneous reactions. In addition, its mixing pathway can prevent dissolution, so it has been extended to be used as a micro mixer.

XXL-ST-04

In the XXL reactor ST-04, the temperature of two reagents (A1, A2) can be controlled and then mixed in an ST type mixer at a controlled reaction temperature. The product can be discharged from three different outlets (P3, P2, P1), so different retention times can be achieved at the same flow rate. The outlet can also be used for adding reagents. It consists of three layers: temperature control layer preheating/mixing layer temperature control layer.
