FibroLife ® Serum free is a determined culture medium used for optimizing serum-free culture of fibroblasts. FibroLife ® The serum-free environment supports the growth of these cells at a rate equal to or greater than that of supplemented with 2% to 10% FBS medium.

FibroLife ® Serum free culture medium can reach or exceed other commercially available serum containing and serum-free culture media, while maintaining excellent cell morphology and growth rate of human fibroblasts.

As shown in the left figure: human dermal fibroblasts - newborn, 2nd generation, 6 days after inoculation, 2000 cells/cm2 (100X).

As shown on the right: Human skin fibroblasts - Newborns inoculated with low seed density in a 24 well plate. Higher fluorescence represents more cells per well, therefore, better proliferation.
