A self-adjusting method for hydrogen fuel cellshydrogen generatorThe device consists of the following components: a fuel tank with a rated volume and a definable internal space, equipped with a hydrogen discharge port connected to the internal space; A catalyst containing hydrogen storage material and stored in a fuel tank, wherein the catalyst is filled in a catalytic reactor equipped with a closed portion that can be used to block the contact between the catalyst and the fuel liquid, as well as an open portion that can be used to block the contact with the fuel liquid. Therefore, the generation of hydrogen or the cessation of hydrogen generation can be actively adjusted according to the rise and fall of pressure in the fuel tank.
The device consists of electrolytic cell, pure water tank, hydrogen/water separator, collector, dryer, sensor, pressure regulating valve, switch power supply and other components. Only electrolyzing pure water can produce hydrogen. After power on, the cathode of the electrolytic cell produces hydrogen gas, the anode produces oxygen gas, and the hydrogen gas enters the hydrogen/water separator. Oxygen is released into the atmosphere. The hydrogen/water separator separates hydrogen and water. After entering the dryer for dehumidification, the hydrogen gas is adjusted to the rated pressure (adjustable from 0.02 to 0.45 MPa) through the stabilizing valve and regulating valve before being output from the outlet. The hydrogen production pressure of the electrolytic cell is controlled by a sensor at around 0.45 MPa. When the pressure reaches the set value, the power supply to the electrolytic cell is cut off; When the pressure drops below the set value, the power supply resumes.
