What is the function of thickening?

Especially in the fiber industry, these wastes are often contaminated by the preparation oil used to ensure good spinning performance. In addition, the waste generated by fiber breakage or filter replacement at the spinneret is a very large volume of waste with a density between 20 and 100 grams per liter. Although the intrinsic viscosity (IV) of these pre spun polyester fibers is between 0.6-0.65 dl/g, the IV values for start-up and heat loss clumping in the production line are much lower, only 0.4 dl/g at the stage end. Therefore, a holistic concept is needed that can handle both heterogeneous waste and PET waste that has undergone denitrification treatment.
