A flow controller is a flow control device used in environmental monitoring to collect gas time averaged samples, also known as a limiting valve, constant flow valve, or integral sampler. Integrated flow control, calibration, timing, pressure reading, and leak detection functions, including flow control valves, inlet lines, sapphire flow limiters, stainless steel filter heads treated with molten silicon, pressure gauges and fittings treated with inert molten silicon

flow controllerThe main valve body is made of 316 stainless steel material treated with molten silicon passivation technology, containing nozzles and large-diameter diaphragms, which can ensure a constant sampling flow rate throughout the entire sampling process (from high vacuum of about 30 '' Hg to weak vacuum of about 3 '' Hg in the tank). The remaining main components are as follows:

(1) Stainless steel 30 '' Hg-60psi vacuum pressure composite gauge, indicating the pressure inside the tank during the sampling process

(2) Inert injection bend tube, with the opening facing downwards, can prevent rain, water mist and water from entering. Bend with an outer diameter of 1/4 inch and a length of 10 cm or 30 cm. The injection port is equipped with a copper cap.

(3) Particle filter, containing 2- µ m pore size melted silicon passivation technology treated stainless steel sintered filter (replaceable consumables)

(4) Ruby flow restriction hole, 10 models (150-450cc/min, 50-150cc/min, 20-60cc/min, 7-21cc/min, 4-12cc/min, 2-6cc/min, 1-3cc/min, 0.5-1.5cc/min, 0.2-0.6cc/min, 0.1-0.3cc/min). Users can replace them themselves

(5) Bottom interface, British 1/4 internal thread, compatible with all sampling tanks/Suma tanks on the market
