Its output signal controls the electromagnetic pulse valve to circulate and clean the filter bag, in order to improve the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector. The pulse interval, pulse width, output bit number, and pulse period interval of the controller are adjustable, and the data can be displayed on a digital display tube. The output bit number can be expanded according to requirements. The control instrument is researched by our factory engineers with customer needs as the center, strictly following the JB/T5915-91 standard for production. Most of the product components are made of parts, which have higher performance than similar products in the market, making its operation intuitive, simple, and stable.

Working principle of the controller:

When the dust collector cleans the dust, it filters and sprays the dust at the same time. The pulse controller outputs an electrical signal according to the set pulse width and pulse interval to control the pulse valve to spray the dust one by one.

The wiring of the control instrument adopts the terminal connection method, paying attention to the wiring symbols on the terminals. The AC220V terminal should be connected to an AC 220V power supply, and the "" is the grounding wire. The 1 to terminal and DC24V terminal (shared wire) should be connected to the electromagnetic pulse valve.
