Electromagnetic pulse valve is the compressed air "switch" of the pulse bag filter dust cleaning and spraying system. Under the control of the output signal from the pulse jet control instrument, the filter bags are sprayed with clean dust in rows (chambers) to maintain the resistance of the dust collector within the set range, in order to improve the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector.
Electromagnetic pulse valve is controlled by electromagnetic or pneumatic pilot valves, and can instantly open and close diaphragm valves that generate pulses from high-pressure gas sources. Electromagnetic pulse valve: refers to a diaphragm valve that combines an electromagnetic valve, a pilot valve, and a pulse valve, and is directly controlled by an electrical signal.
Working principle of electromagnetic pulse valve:
By inputting a positive pulse signal into the coil inside the solenoid valve through a wire, the working magnetic flux generated by the coil attracts the moving core and opens the valve. When the forward pulse signal input is stopped, the moving core is released and returns to its initial state under the action of spring force, closing the valve.
In addition, there are self holding types that can be maintained even after stopping the input of positive pulses or power failure, and require the input of negative pulse signals to reset;
By converting electrical pulses into mechanical pulses, the energy of pulsating gas is converted into momentum and released in a short period of time, generating a huge impulse. The interval between pulses controlled by PLC should be determined based on the rated gas pressure recovery time l.
Electromagnetic pulse valve controls the opening and closing of the valve body unloading hole according to electrical signals. When the valve body is unloaded, the pressure gas in the rear chamber of the valve is discharged, and the pressure gas in the front chamber of the valve is throttled by the negative pressure hole on the diaphragm. The diaphragm is lifted, and the pulse valve sprays. When the valve body stops unloading, the pressure gas fills the rear chamber of the valve through the damping hole. Due to the difference in the force area on both sides of the diaphragm on the valve body, the gas force in the rear chamber of the valve is large, and the diaphragm can close the valve's blowing port, causing the pulse valve to stop blowing.
