5. During the operation inside the cabinet, it is strictly prohibited to use open flames such as alcohol lamps to avoid the heat generated generating airflow and interfering with the stability of the airflow inside the cabinet; And open flames may damage HEPA filters.
6. Try to minimize the movement of people behind and quickly open and close doors during work to prevent unstable airflow inside the safety cabinet.
7. During experimental operations, the glass window should not be opened and the operator's face should be kept above the work window. When operating inside the cabinet, the movements should be gentle and soothing to prevent affecting the airflow inside the cabinet.
8. The safety cabinet should be regularly inspected and maintained to ensure its normal operation. Once abnormal operation of the safety cabinet is discovered during work, work should be immediately stopped, corresponding measures should be taken, and relevant personnel should be notified.
9. After work, close the glass window and keep the fan running for 10-15 minutes. At the same time, turn on the ultraviolet light and irradiate for 30 minutes.
10. The safety cabinet should be cleaned and disinfected regularly. The contaminants on the countertop of the cabinet can be wiped with 2% 84 disinfectant after the work is completed and disinfected with ultraviolet light. The outer surface of the cabinet should be wiped daily with 1% 84 disinfectant.

5. Principle of using open flames: Try not to use open flames inside the cabinet. Because the small particles and impurities generated during the use of open flames will be carried into the filter membrane area, these high-temperature impurities will damage the filter membrane. When it is unavoidable to use it, it is advisable to use a low flame Bunsen burner.
