Overview
In spectrophotometric analysis, pouring solution into a colorimetric dish is the most time-consuming task for an automatic sampler. In the soil nutrient efficient testing system, in order to improve the efficiency of testing work, the traditional colorimetric step has been improved to form a fully automatic sampling system. The system consists of a dedicated flow colorimetric dish and an injection control system. The automatic sampling cup is a specialized three hole flow colorimetric dish, which controls the entry and exit of the colorimetric dish solution through the suction port, inlet port, and outlet port. The suction and inlet ports are located at the top of the colorimetric dish, while the discharge port is located at the bottom of the dish.

Control principle:
completeautosamplerThe injection control system consists of a power supply, injection pump, touch screen, microcomputer processor, solenoid valve, and switch. The power supply converts 220V AC power to DC power for the injection pump. When the solution in the colorimetric dish is filled, the microcomputer processor will automatically close the solenoid valve and stop injection.
(1) Operation
After connecting the dedicated flow colorimetric dish and sampler according to regulations, the following steps can be followed:
① Turn on the power switch, and the new instrument will display the parameters set at the factory.
② Follow the options on the touch screen to modify the number of test samples, cleaning times, curve testing, sample testing, and fixed-point positioning testing.
③ Before starting the test, place deionized water under the inlet and press the cleaning button on the screen. The device will automatically clean the colorimetric dish 2-3 times.
④ Curve testing involves placing the processed curve in a connected cup and onto the sample stage of the sampler. Press the curve testing button, and the device will automatically test the curve. The test data will be uploaded to the data acquisition computer via a UV spectrophotometer. After testing the curve, the sample injector must be cleaned before conducting sample testing.
⑤ Sample testing. Press the sample test button on the touch screen, just like the curve test above.
⑥ After each color comparison, it is necessary to repeatedly clean with water or anhydrous ethanol three to four times.
