Zirconia oxygen analyzer used in the petrochemical industry is applied to measure the oxygen content of flue gas in atmospheric and vacuum furnaces, reaction furnaces, fractionation furnaces, isomerization furnaces, shallow reduction furnaces, light desulfurization furnaces, pre hydrogenation, fractionation feed, tail oil feed, and four in one reforming heating furnaces in the petrochemical industry.

Using self guided flow method, the high-temperature atmosphere being measured is cooled down after entering the sampler for measurement. The entire process is carried out inside the furnace without water or harmful gases being discharged. The gas extraction direction can be adjusted according to the direction of flue gas flow.

Considering the corrosion problem caused by the sulfur content in the flue gas after fuel gas combustion, our company has carried out anti-corrosion treatment in the sampler chamber. And waterproof filtration technology was adopted to isolate water molecules in the flue gas.
