Zhongjian Baotai Folic Acid Test KitQuantitative detection of total folate (added folate and native folate) in food, feed, and pharmaceuticals using microbial methods. The reagent kit contains all the reagents and standards required for the experiment, and can perform 96 measurements.

The folic acid detection kit uses microbial methods to quantitatively detect the total amount of folic acid in food, feed, and drugs. This microbial detection method follows the AOAC international standards and complies with national standards. Add the culture medium and diluted sample extract into the micropores coated with Lactobacillus rhamnosus. Lactobacillus rhamnosus will grow straight until all folate in the culture medium is consumed. Incubate at 37 ℃ in the dark for 44-48 hours. The growth status (turbidity) of Lactobacillus rhamnosus is positively correlated with folate content. The turbidity of the sample can be measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader at wavelengths of 610-630nm or 540-550nm, and the folate content can be obtained by comparing the turbidity of the sample with the standard curve.
