Incubate at 37 ℃ in the dark for 44-48 hours. The growth status (turbidity) of plant lactobacilli is positively correlated with biotin content. The turbidity of the sample can be measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader at wavelengths of 610-630nm or 540-550nm, and the biotin content can be obtained by comparing the turbidity of the sample with the standard curve.
