Overview of Zhongde Vacuum Pump:

The V-series vacuum pump is a basic type of vacuum acquisition equipment. The main features are single-stage compression, three rotating blade structure, and the use of vacuum pump oil as the working fluid (for lubrication, heat conduction, and cleaning of the working chamber).

The V-series vacuum pump is mainly used in the rough, low, and medium vacuum range. It can be used to remove ordinary air or inert gases, as well as small amounts of condensable gases such as water vapor. The operating pressure range of the pump is between atmospheric pressure and the maximum pressure of the pump.

Several precautions for maintenance and repair of Zhongde vacuum pump:

1、 Regularly clean the surface of the vacuum pump, especially the air inlet. The inside of the air inlet assembly must be kept clean and free of particles to prevent foreign objects from entering.

2、 Regularly replace the vacuum pump oil, based on the usage environment of the vacuum pump and the composition of the extracted gas, establish a replacement cycle for the vacuum pump oil, replacing it every 600-2000 hours, and be sure to replace it instead of adding it.

3、 Regularly replace the vacuum pump exhaust filter (commonly known as the oil mist separator). When there is white smoke or oil fume at the exhaust port, it must be replaced. It is recommended to replace it every 1000-3000 hours.
