Key Features:
Short exhaust path reduces reactant deposition
Compared with other forms of vacuum pumps, dry spiral vacuum pumps are less prone to reactant deposition due to the short transmission path of gas inside the pump.
Excellent linear sealing and pumping performance
The rotor seal is linear and has good sealing performance. The rotor can achieve faster pumping effect with a larger throat clearance. Due to the larger throat clearance, the pump is less likely to get stuck due to process gas deposition, and the rotor is also less likely to need to be replaced due to wear.
The high-pressure section has fast pumping speed, low operating power, and low noise.
Water cooled (explosion-proof) or air-cooled (explosion-proof) motors can be selected according to process/environmental requirements. The air-cooled motor model can be equipped with a self circulating cooling system and can be used in environments without a cooling water system.
Simple structure, low failure rate, easy maintenance
Spiral vacuum pumps only require a pair of rotors to swallow each other to achieve a sealing effect. Unlike other forms of vacuum pumps, they do not require a middle partition design, which reduces the risk of rotor and partition sedimentation and jamming. And due to its simple structure, disassembly and maintenance are also relatively easy, which can shorten the maintenance time and reduce maintenance costs.
Microcomputer operation, remote monitoring, comprehensive protection
The microcomputer controller provides a simple operation method for vacuum pumps and can display the complete operating status of the pump, making it convenient for users to adjust the application status of the pump and perform preventive maintenance before pump problems occur. The remote monitoring system can provide users with convenient monitoring tools, and users can check the operating status of the pump without going to the site.
