WSZ-AO sewage treatment technology is an efficient biochemical water treatment technology that combines biotechnology and membrane technology. The application of hollow fiber inclined tubes replaces the secondary sedimentation tank in the activated sludge process for solid-liquid separation, effectively achieving the goal of sludge water separation. By fully utilizing the efficient interception effect of biofilm, nitrifying bacteria can be effectively intercepted and retained in the bioreactor, ensuring the smooth progress of nitrification reaction, effectively removing ammonia nitrogen, avoiding sludge loss, and intercepting large molecular organic matter that is difficult to degrade at the moment, extending its residence time in the reactor and achieving maximum decomposition. 6、 Process flow of integrated buried sewage treatment equipment (products subject to actual conditions)
Process flow description:
The production wastewater is processed by a mechanical grid machine (optional, this equipment can be installed separately as needed) to remove larger floating and suspended solids before entering the regulating tank. The regulating tank is pumped to the primary sedimentation tank, which then flows into the hydrolysis and acidification tank. This process decomposes large organic molecules into small organic molecules and converts insoluble organic matter into soluble organic matter. As it enters the aerobic tank, the biodegradability of the wastewater is improved and oxygen efficiency is enhanced.
The water from the acidification tank flows automatically into the aerobic aeration tank, and the biochemical tank is equipped with hollow fiber packing, which has good elasticity, corrosion resistance, and is suitable for microbial biofilm formation. The biochemical pool can be equipped with a first level biochemical pool, a second level biochemical pool, or even multiple levels of biochemical pools as needed. The water from the biochemical tank flows into the sedimentation tank equipped with honeycomb packing, which has a special structure that makes it have good sedimentation properties. At this point, the sewage is separated into sludge and water in the sedimentation tank, and the effluent enters the clean water tank (if disinfection is required, users can perform disinfection treatment in this unit). The sludge then enters the sludge tank, and a portion of the sludge can be returned to the acidification tank or aerobic tank as needed, or pumped out. Fans are usually located outside of the equipment.
