Zeta potential analyzer for measuring particle sizeIntroduction:

The Nicomp Z3000 series nano laser particle size analyzer is an upgraded version of the classic model 380ZLS, which uses the principle of Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) to detect and analyze the particle size distribution. The particle size detection range is 0.3nm-10 μ m. The accompanying particle size analysis software combines Gaussian unimodal algorithm and Nicomp multimodal algorithm with * technology, which has * advantages for the analysis of multi-component and unevenly dispersed particle size distribution systems.

Concept of Nicomp multimodal distribution

The baseline adjustment automatic compensation function and high-resolution multimodal algorithm are the two main features of the Nicomp 380 series instrument. Nicomp founder Dave Nicole recognized early on that the traditional dynamic light scattering theory only provides Gaussian mode particle size distribution, which is inconsistent with practical production and life. In reality, many samples are multi dispersed systems, not monodisperse systems, and the sensitivity and resolution of Gaussian distribution are insufficient, which restricts the use of nano particle size analyzers in practical production and life. It pioneered the Nicomp multimodal distribution theory, greatly improving the resolution and sensitivity of dynamic light scattering theory.

Nicomp multimodal distribution advantage

The Nicomp series instruments can freely switch between Gaussian distribution mode and Nicomp multimodal distribution mode. It can not only provide the results of traditional DLS systems, but also reflect the accurate situation of samples through Nicomp multimodal distribution patterns. Relying on the excellent algorithms and highly sensitive hardware design of the Nicomp series instruments, the Nicomp nano laser particle size analyzer can effectively distinguish 1:2 polydisperse systems.

modular design

The Nicomp Z3000 nano laser particle size analyzer is an advanced particle size analyzer that incorporates a multi module method based on the application of dynamic light scattering technology. With the upgrading and addition of modules, Nicomp's functional system is becoming increasingly powerful and can be used for detection and analysis of various complex systems.

Optional 21CFR Part 11 regulatory software - compliant with cGMP requirements

The Nicomp series of instruments are equipped with software that meets the requirements of 21 CFR PART11 in the United States. It has multiple functions such as automatic data backup, audit tracking, permission grading, electronic signature, and the ability to connect to the Lims system.

The China Food and Drug Administration (NMPA) has a policy trend to implement standardized GLP management for pharmaceutical research and development enterprises. Using software that complies with 21 CFR PART 11 regulations is more in line with current GLP/GMP requirements.
