Laser particle counterIntroduction:
It integrates fully automatic detection functions such as automatic sampling, automatic dilution, automatic detection, data processing, and automatic cleaning, providing users with convenient, fast, efficient, and reliable particle size analysis. The LE series sensor it is equipped with adopts advanced single particle optical sensing technology (SPOS), with 512 channels of ultra-high resolution, and is equipped with a two-step automatic dilution system with technology, which can truly test and count the particle size of a large number of particle samples. For a particle counter, the more channels it has, the more areas it divides within a specific measurement range. The AccuSizer 780 particle counter series instruments have 512 channels divided by exponential levels for the measurement range of 0.5 μ m-400.0 μ m, meaning that the range is finer at smaller particle sizes, for example: 1.586 μ m-1.675 μ m. The advantages of doing so are obvious. On the one hand, the instrument achieves precise counting, allowing for detailed analysis of the measured results rather than rough classification. On the other hand, for measuring complex systems and multi-component samples, the data can be well reflected in the result spectrum and data.

The above four images show the performance of the same sample when using different channels. It is obvious that when using 8, 16, and 32 channels, only the particle size can be determined within a certain range, and the exact size cannot be determined. After switching to the 512 high channel, the discrimination of particle size significantly increased, and the judgment of peak values became clearer and more distinct.

The advantage of high channel results in the advantage of high resolution. The so-called resolution here refers to the ability to distinguish different particle sizes within the same system. Thanks to advanced design concepts and a combination of software and hardware, the AccuSizer 780 series instrument not only presents particle counting distributions that are different from classical light scattering, but also has higher resolution and accuracy compared to classical resistance and photoresist methods. It will not miss any "tail" large particles, which are often the criteria for determining the quality of the product.

Optional 21CFR Part 11 regulatory software - compliant with cGMP requirements
