Overview

Molecular sieve concentration technology is a method that combines adsorption concentration unit and thermal oxidation unit organically. It mainly targets high air volume and low concentration organic waste gas. After adsorption purification and desorption by molecular sieve, it is converted into low air volume and high concentration organic waste gas. The concentrated waste gas enters RTO/RCO/CO and other devices for thermal oxidation treatment, and the heat energy released by organic matter combustion can be effectively reused. The VOCs removal rate is 95%, and the operation is safer and more stable. Scope of application: Organic waste gas with high air volume (air volume 30000m/h) and low to medium concentration (VOCs concentration 500ppm), treated by zeolite wheel concentration.
