The ZX series self-priming pump is an energy-saving pump product developed by absorbing, digesting, and improving relevant technical data at home and abroad. This pump belongs to the self-priming centrifugal pump, which has the advantages of compact structure, easy operation, stable operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long service life, and strong self-priming ability. There is no need to install a bottom valve in the pipeline. Before operation, it is only necessary to ensure that a certain amount of liquid is stored in the pump body. Therefore, the pipeline system has been simplified and the working conditions have been improved.
Application scope of self-priming centrifugal pump
1、Self priming centrifugal pumpSuitable for urban environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, brewing, electricity, electroplating, papermaking, equipment cooling, etc.
2. With the rocker nozzle, the water can be washed into the air and dispersed into small raindrops for spray. It is a good machine for farms, nurseries, orchards and tea gardens.
3. Suitable for clear water, seawater, chemical media liquids with acid and alkalinity, and slurries with general paste like properties (medium viscosity and solid content up to 30% or less). Different liquids can be made of different materials. On HT200, ICR18NIGTI, OCR18NIG, OCR17Ni14M02, ICR18NI12M02TI respectively.
4. It can be used in conjunction with any type and specification of filter press, and is a matching pump for sending slurry to the filter press for pressure filtration.
