I. Overview
ZX79JD type megohmmeter ground standard resistorThe resistor (hereinafter referred to as the resistor) is a rotary standard resistor designed specifically to implement the national metrological verification regulations of the People's Republic of China, "JJG622-97 Insulation Resistance Meter (Megohmmeter)" and "JJG366-2004 Grounding Resistance Meter", for verifying megohmmeters and grounding resistance meters. It is manufactured in accordance with the relevant technical requirements specified in the industry standard JB/T8225-99 "Laboratory DC Resistors" of the People's Republic of China. It has the advantages of ultra-high resistance value, wide resistance adjustment range, small size, beautiful appearance, and easy use.
2、 Purpose:
1. Verify various types of insulation resistance meters with a rated voltage of 5000V or below.
2. For engraving dial plates in the production or repair of various types of insulation resistance meters.
3. Suitable for the calibration or verification of insulation high resistance meters.
4. Verify various types of grounding resistance meters.
5. Used as high, medium, and low resistance standard resistor boxes.
3、 Main technical indicators
（1） Megohmmeter standard resistor
1. The standard resistor for verifying a megohmmeter consists of nine ten pin disks, namely:
11×104 MΩ＋10×（103＋102＋10＋1＋0.1＋0.01＋0.001＋0.0001）MΩ
The range of resistance adjustment is 0-112111111M Ω, with a minimum step value of 100 Ω.
2. The level index and maximum operating voltage or current (i.e. reference voltage or current) of each ten inch disk are shown in Table 1
3. Residual resistance value<0.1 Ω, variation<0.01 Ω.
4. The reference conditions for the environment are a temperature of 23 ℃ and a relative humidity of 40% to 60%.
5. The nominal operating range of the environment is a temperature of 23 ± 5 ℃ and a relative humidity of 25% to 75%.
6. The insulation resistance of the circuit to the shell is greater than 1 × 1012 Ω.
7. The insulation strength of the circuit to the shell can withstand a 50Hz sine wave AC voltage of 8KV without breakdown for 1 minute.
（2） Grounding resistance meter standard resistor
1. The main technical indicators of simulated grounding resistance are shown in Table 2
2. The main technical indicators of simulated auxiliary grounding resistance are shown in Table 3
3. When the resistance of the device is less than 1 Ω, the residual inductance is less than 5 μ H.
4. The reference conditions for the environment are temperature of 20 ± 5 ℃ and relative humidity of 40%~60%
5. The nominal operating range of the environment is a temperature of 20 ± 15 ℃ and a relative humidity of 25% to 75%.
6. The insulation resistance of the circuit to the shell is greater than 1 × 109 Ω.
7. The insulation strength of the circuit to the shell can withstand a 50Hz sine wave AC voltage of 2000V without breakdown for 1 minute.
