1、 Product Overview

TAOMSUNCeramic cleaverUsing ZTA (zirconia toughened alumina, approximately 20% ZrO ₂+80% Al ₂ O3) composite ceramic material, it is produced through multiple processes such as mold forming, high-temperature sintering, and precision grinding. The product combines the high hardness and wear resistance of alumina with the high toughness of zirconia, and has excellent blade retention under high-speed reciprocating cutting conditions. Its service life is significantly better than that of conventional zirconia and ordinary alumina ceramic parts. Our company has the full chain capability from ceramic mold development, raw material feeding preparation to precision processing of finished products. We support customized mold opening according to various shapes and specifications, and can also supply ZTA ceramic raw materials separately.

2、 ZTA material advantages

Under high-speed cutting conditions, materials need to have both high hardness and high toughness. Pure zirconia has good toughness but insufficient hardness, and is prone to wear and tear over long-term use; Pure alumina has high hardness but high brittleness, and the cutting edge is prone to breakage. ZTA achieves the optimal balance between hardness and toughness through the zirconia phase transformation toughening mechanism, making it an ideal material for precision ceramic blades.
