Suitable for various operating mechanisms of cranes, and widely used in transmission mechanisms of various mechanical equipment such as transportation, metallurgy, mining, chemical, and light industry.
Features:
1. Wide range of reduction ratio, nominal speed ratio 10-200;
2. The mechanical transmission efficiency is high, with 96% for the second stage and 94% for the third stage,;
3. Smooth operation and low noise;
4. Due to the use of 42CrMo and 35CrMo for forging and tempering treatment, the gear shaft and gear are made separately, resulting in a long service life and high load-bearing capacity;
5. Easy to disassemble and inspect, easy to install.
