ZLYJ plastic extruder dedicated reducer

ZLYJ plastic extruder dedicated reducer is a high-precision hard toothed belt thrust seat transmission component designed for plastic screw extruders. The product design adopts various technical specifications specified in ZBJ19009-88, characterized by the use of high-strength alloy steel materials for gear and shaft parts. Gears are processed through carburizing, quenching, and grinding processes. The gear accuracy is GB10095-88, level 6. The tooth surface hardness is HRC54-62, and an oversized thrust bearing is installed at the front end of the hollow output shaft to withstand the working recoil of the screw. The main standard components such as bearings and oil seals are made of high-quality domestic products, and imported products can also be configured according to user needs. The whole machine has the characteristics of small size, high load-bearing capacity, smooth transmission, low noise, and high efficiency. The product performance has reached the international advanced level and can replace similar imported products.

2、 Applicable conditions
1. The high-speed shaft speed of the reducer shall not exceed 1500r/min
2. The working environment temperature is 0-35C. When the temperature range exceeds this regulation, heating or cooling devices can be separately configured according to user requirements
