Usage:

1. Fix the upright pole in the screw hole above the mixer, adjust the height of the cross clamp, and use 10000useFix the reaction bottle with a clamp, place it in a suitable stirrer, plug in the internal sensor plug or external sensor probe, plug in the power supply~220V, and turn on the main switch.

2. Temperature setting: Press the heating switch button to enter the heating state, and the PV and SV windows will display numbers. Press the SET setting button, and the numbers in the SV window will flash. The numbers in the SV window can be adjusted using the "<", "∨", and "∧" buttons. Press the SET button again to exit the SV window temperature setting state and complete the SV window temperature setting. Set the desired heating temperature, such as 100 ℃. When the green light is on, it indicates heating, and when the green light is off, it indicates stopping. The microcomputer will determine the heating amount based on the temperature difference between the set temperature and the current temperature, ensuring that there is no temperature shock and that the heating is achieved in one go. It will also maintain a balance of supply and heat dissipation between the set value and the displayed value at a temperature difference of ± 1 ℃, making the heating process easy to complete.

6. When adjusting various functional parameters by pressing the SET setting button, if there is no button operation within 8 seconds, the instrument will automatically exit the setting state and enter the normal display state. If the parameters still need to be adjusted, press the SET setting button again to enter the setting state.

7. There is a rubber plug below the mixer to protect the external thermocouple socket from corrosion, rust, and to conduct the internal wires. If unplugged, the internal probe will disconnect and the machine will stop working. If using an external thermocouple, the plug should be removed and stored. The external thermocouple plug should be inserted into the socket and the nut should be locked. Then, the stainless steel probe should be placed in the solution for temperature control and heating.

8. The appliance is equipped with a break protection function. When the thermocouple connection is poor, the green light on the display window "hhhh" will turn off, and the appliance will stop heating. It needs to be checked before use.
