Product Features:The sample area of the ordinary ultraviolet aging test box is a fixture type, which is only suitable for items that can be sliced into thin slices; With the demand of the market, many samples of different shapes also need to undergo aging tests, which cannot be met by ordinary fixture style aging boxes. In order to meet user needs, Kehui Environmental Testing has developed and designed a flat panel ultraviolet weather aging test box. The lamp tube is installed on the top of the box, and the bottom is the sample area. The sample area is a flat tray, so that samples of all sizes and specifications can be placed freely for aging testing.

3、 Spray control:
1. Spray uniformity adjustment: Using the manual control function of the controller, observe the spray condition while the door is open, and adjust or replace the nozzle accordingly.
2. Spray status monitoring: The machine is equipped with a spray device that simulates temperature fluctuations and rainwater erosion during rain. There are several nozzles in total that spray evenly. The timing and duration of spraying are freely set by the customer.
4、 Light source:
1. The light source uses 8 UV series fluorescent tubes with a rated power of 40W as the light source, distributed on the top of the machine
2. There are UVB-313, UV-A340, UV-C365 light sources available for users to choose from and configure; (Choose one)
3. The luminescence spectrum energy of UV-B313 lamps is mainly concentrated around the wavelength of 313m;
4. The luminescence spectrum energy of UV-A340 lamps is mainly concentrated around the wavelength of 340nm;
5. The luminescence spectrum energy of UV-C365 lamps is mainly concentrated around the 365nm wavelength;
5、 Control system:
1. The control instrument adopts a large screen LCD display programmable microcomputer PID control SSR output operation, with a large LCD touch screen image, simple screen operation, and easy program editing;
2. Equipped with power-off memory function, it can continue the remaining test process when restored to power;
3. The temperature control adopts P.I.D+S.S.R, and the system coordinates control with the same channel, which can improve the stability and service life of control components and interfaces;
4. Touch sensitive settings, digital and direct display;
5. It has the function of automatic calculation of P. I. D, which can reduce the inconvenience caused by manual setting;
6. Lighting, condensation, and spraying can be independently controlled or alternately controlled in a cyclic manner;
7. The independent control time and alternating cycle control time for lighting and condensation can be set arbitrarily within one thousand hours;
