ZLG Series spray Dryer for Traditional Chinese Medicine Extract

Overview

The machine adopts a fully enclosed form, with all components made of stainless steel and equipped with a three-stage purification device. The filtered air meets the requirement of 100000 level. Simplified Chinese medicine is equipped with a cold wall device at the top, which keeps the wall temperature below 80 ℃. The material stays on the wall without coking or deterioration, greatly increasing the powder collection rate (reaching over 95%), and there will be no mixing or wall sticking phenomenon.
Basic principle: The high-speed centrifugal spray device for Chinese herbal extracts is the application of centrifugal spray drying technology in the drying of specific materials. It is also a drying device that uses high-speed centrifugal atomizers to disperse materials into mist, fully contact with hot air, complete instant drying, and form powder finished products.
The traditional Chinese medicine extract is specially used for drying. It is a spray dryer for traditional Chinese medicine extract and plant extract, which solves the following problems in the drying of traditional Chinese medicine extract in the original LPG high-speed spray dryer:
1. The material sticks to the wall and has a low powder collection rate;
2. The material stays on the wall for a long time, resulting in coking and deterioration of the material;
3. Difficult to clean and does not meet GMP requirements;
4. Low output; LPG-150 spray dryer can only handle 50-60Kg/h liquid material.
In view of the above situation, our factory has designed a drying machine for traditional Chinese medicine extracts according to the material properties and process requirements of traditional Chinese medicine extracts. The dried materials have good color and do not deteriorate, greatly improving the economic benefits of the factory. Compared with LPG high-speed centrifugal spray dryer, traditional Chinese medicine extracts have the following characteristics:
1. Three stage air purification is adopted to meet the requirement of 300000 level intake air;
2. A cold wall device is used to achieve an inner wall temperature of 80 ℃, and the material stays on the wall without coking;
3. The whole volume is 3.5 times of the original LPG standard centrifugal spray.
4. Adopting a quick opening flushing device, suitable for various production requirements
5. Dehumidification and dust removal are used for dust removal, ensuring that the dust does not go out and meets environmental protection requirements;
6. Adopting an air scanning device, its effect is more satisfactory;
7. Provide 2 atomizers with variable frequency speed regulation
8. Adopting PLG control, the programmable system screen displays;
