Overview

The alcohol recovery tower consists of six parts: tower kettle, tower body, condenser, cooler, buffer tank, and high-level storage tank. It is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, light industry, and chemical industry. The equipment and material contact parts are made of OCr18Ni9 stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance, energy saving, environmental protection, reduced production costs, and improved efficiency. This device can distill dilute alcohol from 30 ° C to 50 ° C to 90-93 ° C. The residual liquid discharge has low alcohol content and meets environmental protection requirements.
This device uses high-efficiency stainless steel corrugated packing. The part in contact with the material is made of stainless steel, which complies with GMP standards.
