ZLC-1000 horizontal tensile testing machine for lifting rings

The ZLC-1000 microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo lifting ring horizontal tensile testing machine is a specially customized model according to the customer requirements of the lifting ring manufacturer. It is required that the completion time of a single testing cycle should not exceed 40 seconds (i.e. 90 times/hour), and the cycle process is manually adjusted and covered with safety protection barriers; After pressing (stepping on) the start switch, the oil cylinder drives the fixture to tighten the workpiece to the set pressure and displays the MPF value. After holding the pressure for 3-10 seconds (adjustable), release the fixture and return to the initial position. At this point, a detection cycle is confirmed to be completed. The loop program is completed by electrical control; The MPF value is displayed on a digital display (in T units).

The lifting ring tensile testing machine adopts a frame structure, with a single output rod and double acting piston cylinder applying test force. The computer control system controls the entire test process, and the test data is accurately measured by the load sensor and transmitted to the computer. The software system displays the test force and piston displacement in real time, and can automatically analyze, process, and store the test results. The printer can directly print the required test report.

The frame of the suspension ring tensile testing machine has high rigidity and strength, small deformation, and a fixed testing space. Adopting the closed-loop coordinated loading electro-hydraulic servo control system independently developed by Zhonglu Chang, the system is controlled by a microcomputer to coordinate multi-stage hydraulic loading, smooth continuous loading, multi-level test force maintenance, automatic load holding, automatic data collection and storage, curve drawing, and automatic printing of test reports. The computer controls the test process in a timely manner, displays the test force and test curve, and the operation is simple and reliable, making it easy to operate.
