Product Details

    The PJW-12 microcomputer controlled motorcycle light alloy wheel radial load fatigue testing machine is mainly composed of a main unit (single station), a microcomputer control unit, a high-voltage control unit, and test accessories. It is possible to conduct loading tests on one test wheel on one side.

    The host adopts a welded structure design and manufacturing, with a single station loading design. The large drum adopts an international standard design with a diameter of 1707mm, which simulates the road surface state as realistically as possible (the diameter of the earth is infinitely large). The excitation speed regulating motor drives the drum to achieve stepless speed regulation, realizing tests at different driving speeds. The loading bracket adopts low damping linear element transmission, Panasonic servo motor drive closed-loop control from Japan, and the load sensor from Shiquan Tianjin Company in the United States completes the measurement of the applied load, thus achieving closed-loop control of fatigue test load and emergency stop function for fatigue failure. Configure a strong current control box to complete the drive control of the motor. Microcomputer control unit, equipped with branded computer, built-in testing machine PC dedicated measurement and control card board, completes sensor signal amplification and analog-to-digital conversion, computer software is WINDOWS platform software, with functions such as dynamic display, storage, and output of test reports. Configure the printer according to user requirements.
