ZGS-Z-120/2 Integrated DC High Voltage GeneratorIt is a new generation portable high-voltage detection instrument designed and manufactured according to the Chinese power industry standard DL/T848.1-2004 "General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Test Equipment Part 1: DC High Voltage Generator", specifically used to detect the electrical insulation strength and leakage current of power devices. The high voltage generator adopts a high-frequency voltage doubling circuit, applies * PWM pulse width modulation technology and voltage current dual loop feedback technology to improve the power supply adjustment rate and load adjustment rate, resulting in high voltage stability and low ripple. Using imported high-power IGBT devices and their driving technology to eliminate switch interference and achieve high quality and portability of high-voltage generators. Selecting imported high-frequency and high-voltage rectifier diodes makes the voltage doubler more compact and lightweight, improving the overall efficiency of the machine. According to the theories of EMI electromagnetic interference and EMC electromagnetic compatibility, measures such as shielding, isolation, and grounding are adopted to enhance the safety of the entire machine and withstand rated voltage discharge without damage. The instrument has complete protection functions, including zero protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and breakdown protection. The protection circuit uses nanosecond level dedicated sensors, which act quickly and reliably, effectively ensuring personal and equipment safety. The overvoltage setting uses a digital dip switch, which is easy to operate and has high setting accuracy. Add an intelligent high-precision 0.75U function button to facilitate the testing of zinc oxide lightning arresters. The high-voltage generator adopts an integrated design scheme: the double pressure cylinder and the host are placed in the same chassis, combined with new technology and the use of new components, to achieve the advantages of small size, high power, light weight, easy operation, safety and reliability, and high power output quality. It is an ideal testing instrument in the high-voltage testing industry.
