INSITE HT and CT
Zetec InSite HT and InSite CT are two multi-channel and multi frequency eddy current testing instruments. These two instruments are designed to operate at full speed on production lines and in harsh production environments. InSite HT and InSite CT are available in two channel, four channel, and eight channel versions.
The InSite HT eddy current material structure tester can help you detect abnormal heat treatment conditions, such as shallow carburizing layer depth, insufficient heat, misaligned carburizing layer, quenching delay, short quenching time, air cooling or no heat treatment, etc. InSite HT can be used to test whether the heat treatment of simple parts such as ball bearings and fasteners is appropriate, as well as to test complex components such as gears, wheel bearings, and axles. Automated eight frequency, multi-channel testing setup allows you to simultaneously detect multiple anomalies at different locations on a single component.
The Zetec InSite CT eddy current crack and defect detector is designed to operate directly on the production line to detect defects in critical automotive or medical components. The testing time is measured in seconds or fractions of a second, and using InSite CT's complete industrial input/output capabilities can simplify integration with material handling systems.
InSite HT-CT Combination Model
Use InSite HT-CT Combo to integrate the functions of two testers and save money. Users can use a USB key to convert the device from HT to CT and return it at any time.
